Toshiba To Release Powerful Ultra-thin Android Tablet At IFA

Toshiba tablet leakWhilst South Korea’s Samsung has been making major waves in the smartphone and tablet industries over the past few years, Toshiba has had little to show for itself in those markets. Yes there is the bulky but cheap Folio 100 and Thrive tablets, but I’ve never seen a person using either of them, but now they appear to be bringing their A-game to the tablet market with a new powerful and ultra-thin device at this year’s IFA trade show in Berlin next week.

We’ve got no word on pricing, and details are a little scarce as it is a unofficial leak, but the tablet appears to be keeping the removable battery and wealth of ports found on the Thrive, but this time it comes in a sleek new form factor that looks to be giving the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (the current thinnest tablet) a good run for its money. Now if only they release this at the same price-point
