There have been rumours of the launch of Samsung’s next flagship Android smartphone, the Galaxy S3, for the last few months – but with press invites having now gone out for a “Galaxy Event” on May 3rd in London, it looks very much like the launch will be very soon indeed.
In case you’ve missed our coverage so far, here’s what we think the specs of the S3 will be:
- 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor with built in 4G LTE
- 4.8-inch “full HD” 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio display
- An 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera
- Ceramic case
- 4G LTE
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
